Sardegna
We spent about 10 days in Sardegna. The weather started to be variable so after a few days of sun and sea we decided to adventure inside the island. We heard on the radio about Wine and Sardegna event at Sorgono village so that was our first stop😉. But on our way we did a little trekking at Gennargentu mountains. We started the Punta Marmora trekking which is the highest peak of Sardegna (1800m) but we had to turn around at the bottom because of the weather forecast. You have to know when to quit. As you probably know Sardegna is famous for it's Blue Zones ( where you can find a high concentration of people living over 100 years old). One of the factors of their vitality is wine- in particularly Canonau variety. So we bought some from the local canteen to take it home.The event was full of wine and food stands and exhibition.I particularly liked the Is Arrested 'E S'Urtzu - dedicated to the ancient rite in Sardegna (see Google). ...
