South central Crete
We're still in the south central part of Crete, in the village called Tsoutsouru 🙂( easy to remember).There are several roads to get here, all with breathtaking (literally 🤣)hairpin turns. We've spoke to the Taverna Zorba owner ,( we had to go there as it was our friends Amelia's birthday so we've promised her we will celebrate it, otherwise obviously we wouldn't 😉) and he said that summer is busy enough but not hectic, so if anyone of you needs a holiday far away from all the noise with not so many tourists south Crete is the place( make sure to rent 4x4). Not far away by foot (30 min trail but 40 min by car because you have to go up the hill and than go down), there's a little village called Ag.Panteleimon. On our way there we've met a new born baby goat with her mamma. No tourists, just some local shepherds watching over their herd.
