GOING BACK TO ITALY

We're on the ferry, going back to Italy ( but not going home yet😀).We spent amost a week on the beach close to Corinth and for us it means we really liked the place! The weather wasn't great, but with few sunshine pauses in between rain we managed to finally have a barbecue.
We bought these steaks ages ago in Turkiye, but since there was a fire ban all over,we couldn't grill. Franco literally spoiled us with fish- our freezer is full now💪😀.

Since our plans changed and we didn't go to south Peloponnese where our most favourite taverna is we had to find a substitute. Gournopoula- roasted whole pork
and lamb cutlets are a must in Greece! I cannot describe how mouthwatering and succulent that pork was!!!
Last stop in Greece, the beach that we stayed at several times. It's 30 km from Igoumenitsa (where the ferry departs) and close to Àlbanian border. It's great for a swim, convenient and peaceful.
Well it was before it was put on park4night app and all campers started to come here. So here is the example of what not to do if you don't want to get fined - do not gather together in more than 5 on one small bay. Fortunately the police seem not to care in October so 300€ well saved.
Last of our culinary delights pasta con ricci di mare (sea urchins).
Haven't tried them before and maybe should have cooked less past cose couldn't really find the taste there. Guess I should try it in the restaurant first to understand how to cook them since it's a huge delicacy in Italy!
