PUGLIA
Yes , I know I wrote a lot about Puglia!! We pass Puglia every time we have to take a ferry to Greece and it's a great opportunity to visit our friends!! As always Vinicio and Amelia have spoiled us with their hospitality! Their house is like a meeting point for all other friends.
Time goes so fast when you're in a good company! We met Mimi the cat, a new addition to the family🙂.
We stopped for few nights close to Polignano al Mare and I really got positively surprised.I always thought the coast from Bari to Lecce isn't very appealing because of the state road that passes close by. I was wrong! There are small bays and fisherman villages and Via Francigena pilgrimage route passes on the coast as well.
Didn't manage to visit Alberobello ( famous for trullo-conical stone huts)- but saw those little trulli .
